Passed away suddenly on May 9, 2010, aged 51 years.
Loving Husband to Julie and Dad to Brendan, Sarah and Sean and Grandad to Tyler.
Will be sadly missed by us all.
Sleep peacefully.
Funeral Service 12.30pm, Thursday, May 20 at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation.
