Passed away peacefully on May 9, 2010, at The Vicarage Care Nursing Home. Dave aged 80 years, formerly of Telford Estate, Shrewsbury and Wem, reunited with his Wife Pat, beloved Dad of Annette, Steve, Mick and Sue, Grandad to Philip, Debbie, Katie, David and Danielle and a Great-Grandad to Callum and Owen.

Resting in peace at last.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Monday, May 17, 2010, at 3.20pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to be divided between The Alzheimer's Society and Vicarage Care Nursing Home Residents Comforts Fund.
