Passed away at New Cross Hospital on April 22, 2010, aged 59 years.
The Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium on Wedneday, May 12, 1.30pm, East Chapel.
Friends and Relatives are invited for refreshments at The Highcroft Pub, Bushbury afterwards.
