On Friday, April 23, 2010, Helen passed away peacefully after a brave battle.

Beloved Wife of Simon, darling Mummy of Max and dearest Daughter of Liz and Len Forrest.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her,

Requiem Mass at Our Lady and St Oswalds's Roman Catholic Church, Oswestry on Wednesday May 5 at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham.
