Sheilagh, Seamus, Heather, Richard, James and Rachel wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their cards, letters and messages of sympathy and support received in their recent sad loss of Sam.

Also their presence at the Funeral Service, floral tributes and donations for The British Heart Foundation and The Diabetic Society
