Of Tweedale Crescent, Madeley, suddenly while playing football on April 6, 2010, aged 40 years. Much loved Partner of Nicola for 20 years, devoted and adored Father of Laurie,Kian and Keeley, loving and dearly loved Son of Ken and Brenda, Son-in-law of Mike and Yvonne Burgess and beloved Brother-in-law of Hayley.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered always.

Funeral Service, 2.30pm, Wednesday, April 21, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

Dress optional including football shirts and kits.
