Passed away on April 5, 2010, aged 70 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, April 23, 2010, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Association, will be accepted by A J Sellman Family Funeral Directors, St Michael's Square, Penkridge, 01785 715840.

We sat beside your bedside, not knowing what to do, we held your hand and kissed your face and told you we loved you.

Through tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, although our hearts were breaking, we knew you could not stay.

Memories are a keepsake of the times we spent with you, the happy times, the funny things you used to say and do.

We treasure these within our hearts, we'll remember you forever, the fun, the laughter and the tears, when we were all together.

Loving Wife Ann, Son Simon, Daughter-in-law Maxine, Granddaughters Ellie and Sarah.
