To a wonderful Mum and loving Nana Pat, who sadly passed away in her sleep, on April 5, 2010. She will be deeply missed by Family and Friends and will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.
Love you forever, Jason, Helen, Stuart, Lisa, Brad, Katie, Ben, Theo and Tom.
Funeral Service will take place at St James' Church, Kimbolton, on April 16, at 12 noon.
