Mrs Barbara Pooler, John, Diane, Dilys, Phil, Victoria, Rachael and the Family of the late Mr John Pooler wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends and Neighbours forthe many cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance at the Funeral Service of so many of you and for your generous donations, which are to be divided between Albrighton Medical Practice and The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation.

Special thanks to his Doctors and to all Staff at Albrighton Medical Practice for their wonderful care and support throughout his illness, to the Bearers for their most dignified contribution to the day, to Alison and Angela for looking after everyone so well at Worfield Recreation Room afterwards and to the Revd. Martin Thompson and Organist Mrs Carol Wall for allowing us to say goodbye to John with thought, with our thanks and with our love.
