Funeral Service 2.00pm, Tuesday, April 13, at St. Mary's Church, Jackfield, followed by Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between St. Mary's Church, Jackfield and The Prostate Cancer Charity would be appreciated.
