Passed away peacefully at home, on March 18, 2010, aged 63 years.
Funeral to be held on Wednesday, March 31, at Bushbury Crematorium, at 9am.
Family flowers only, but donations gratefully accepted, to be divided between TheMacmillan Nurses and Ward D2, New Cross Hospital.
