After failing health, Samantha passed away in February 2010, aged 17 years.
Beautiful Daughter of Sarah and Paul.
You did not suffer in vain, always loved.
Funeral Service at Oswestry Methodist Church, on Wednesday, March 10, at 11am, followed by Interment at Oswestry Cemetery.
Bright colours acceptable, flowers or small donations if desired to the Kingswell Centre.
