Passed away suddenly at The City General Hospital, Stoke, on January 28, 2010, aged 63 years.

Loving Partner of Pat, dearest Father of Deborah and Ricky and a much loved Grandad.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Wem, on Saturday, February 13, at 11am, followed by Interment at Love Lane Cemetery, Wem.
