Passed away peacefully at the Westlands after a short illness borne with great dignity and courage, on January 22, 2010, aged 87 years.

Much loved Mother of Twins Maureen and Gillian, Twins Michael and Kathleen,Gillian's Partner George and Michael's Wife Corinne, also a devoted Nan and Grandma, Chad will be deeply missed by all her Family and Friends.

A Committal Service will take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, February 12, 2010, at12.40pm, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Peter and St Paul's Parish Church, Wem, at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the County Air Ambulance.
