Mrs Doreen Booth and the Family of the late Roy Booth wish to express their sincere thanks to The Bridgnorth Medical Practice and New Cross Hospital for their care of Roy over the many years and The Princess Royal Hospital Staff for their compassion to us all over his last few days.

Also to the Friends and Neighbours for their attendance at the Funeral and messages of sympathy, love and support received and for donations to The British Heart Foundation.
