ANDERSON Mary Margaret, C.B.E., F.R.C.O.G., peacefully, after a long illness, on Friday, February 17, at her home, Califer Croft, Forres, Moray. Much loved sister of Jim and Bill Anderson. Lately Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Lewisham University Hospital, London. Past Vice President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Requiem Mass to be held at Pluscarden Abbey, near Elgin, Moray, on Friday, March 3, at 10.30 a.m., followed by interment at Cluny Hill Cemetery, Forres. No flowers, but donations in her memory, may be made to the Sarah Matherson Trust, Pickering Unit, St. Mary`s Hospital, Praed St., London W2 1NY or through the Funeral Directors: Smith and Catto, Forres: 01309 672649, from whom enquiries may be made. She was a most wonderful person who touched so many lives - she will be sorely missed, but forever remembered with great affection by everyone who knew her.
