Suddenly, in the Meadows Nursing Home, Dornoch, on Wednesday, November 10, 2004, following a long illness, borne with courage and dignity, John (Ian) Ferguson, aged 82 years, of Morangie Farm Cottages, Tain (formerly of Pulrossie, Uppat and Overskibo Farms), beloved husband of Marjory (nee Sutherland), a very dear father of John, Alistair, Mary, Graham, Isobel and Carol, a dear grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service will be held in Tain Parish Church, on Tuesday, November 16, at 1.00 p.m., thereafter to St. Duthus New Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations if so desired, may be given at the service for The Parkinsons Disease Society and The Meadows Nursing Home, Dornoch or sent to Alasdair Rhind, Funeral Directors, Sutherland House, Bank street, Tain.
