SMITH The family of the late Anne Smith wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and colleagues for the many kind expressions of sympathy sent to them in their recent sad loss. Special thanks to all nurses, doctors/medical staff who treated Anne, to Rev Morton for his comforting service and to all those who paid their last respects at the service and donated so generously to Cancer Research and Marie Curie.
