PIRIE (Aberchirder) The Pirie family are very grateful to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness shown to Alan during his difficult times. Special thanks to Dr Gatenby, Dr Lyons, Elaine, Irene, Jenny and Cheryl for their dedicated care, to John and staff at the chemist, to Rev. Paul van Sittert for his visits and uplifting service, to Peter Scott and Son who carried out their duties efficiently and with dignity, also to Dave and Julie of the Commercial Hotel for the lovely teas. The family got great comfort from the large attendance at the crematorium, also for the messages of sympathy received through the many cards, letters, flowers and callers. Donations generously received amounted to ?793.46.
