ANDERSON (Cults) The family would like to thank all who expressed such heartfelt sympathy at the sudden loss of Jane. We have been overwhelmed by the support and kindness shown by the many cards, letters, flowers, visits and offers of help. The attendance at the funeral service and a real shared sense of grief at the passing of such a special person has been a great comfort to us all, and we feel proud to have had such a wonderful wife, mum and gran. We have benefited from the helpful, compassionate, professionalism of paramedics, police, local GPs, the staff of Brian Smith Funeral Services, the church choir and the organist with his bright evocative music at the service. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Cults `Hub' for the teas, homebakes and other refreshments. A collection for the Cults Medical Group raised ?800. The Rev Ewan Gilchrist, assisted by the Rev Flora Munro gave a truly memorable service at Cults Parish Church and at the crematorium, and this, together with the visits by Mr Gilchrist, did a great deal to help us come to terms with the loss of our beloved Jane.
