Funeral Service, 12.15pm, on Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at St Nicholas' Church, Newport, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Flowers will be acceptable or donations, if so desired, for The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
