HENDERSON Peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, in the care of Cairdean Nursing Home, Edinburgh, on October 13, 2013, aged 84, May Henderson, 7 Holm Dell Avenue, Inverness and formerly of 57 Sunnyside, Culloden. Beloved wife of the late Chief Constable Donald B. Henderson, CBE, QPM, OStJ, much loved and loving mother to Donald and Linda, grandmother to Tara-Jane and Stephanie May. Funeral service on Friday, October 18, at 1.15 p.m., in the Barn Church, Culloden, Inverness, thereafter to Tomnahurich Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Osteoporosis Society may be given at the service or forwarded to the Funeral Directors, John Fraser & Son, 17-29 Chapel Street, Inverness, IV1 1NA.
