Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 15, 2013, aged 83 years.
Reunited with Jean.
Sadly missed by Pam and Trevor, Avril and John, Nick and Deb and his much loved Grandchildren and Great- Grandchildren.
The Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Thursday, July 25, at 3.30pm.
