David will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, July 19, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital Respiratory Trust Fund.
