Jennifer Ann
Of Westbourne, Woodside, Telford. Passed away suddenly at home on April 18, 2013, aged 22 years. Devoted Mother of Lorna and Ryan, loving Daughter of Shirley and John, dear Sister of Kane, Madeline and Kirsty and a beloved Granddaughter of Rita.
Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's RC Church, Madeley on Thursday, May 9, at 11am, followed by Interment at Wombridge Cemetery.
Floral tributes if desired please.

For those that dont know im Ryans father and at the time of jennys death , i was her partner, i miss jenny dearly, i loved her with every ounce of my soul, we had been on and off relationships for years because of people that felt the need to split us up , when we were happy.
Jenny adored her family and her children, she worked very hard day to day to supply our children with the best quality of life, she often over exurted herself, despite her epilepsy, i have peace of mind in knowing that i made jenny happy in the few weeks we were back together, we told eachother that we loved eachother and how happy we made eachother every day.
Ryan and Lorna are both beautiful children, i treat Lorna as if she was my own ,so i intend to raise the children myself so i can be close to jenny, as she would never allow them to be separated from their family were she here with us now.
Jenny , I love you with all my heart and no one could ever replace you, i only wish we had had time to get married , like we talked about before you left, ill do right by our children and remind them in future of the fantastic mother they had, and how hard you worked to give them a good upbringing.
Rest In Peace My Beautiful Babygirl.
