Passed away at University Hospital, North Staffordshire, on March 28, 2013, aged 49 years.

Loving Husband of Michelle, devoted Dad to John-Ross, Daniel and Harry, youngest Son of Eileen Salmon and the late Ronald Salmon, dearest Brother and Brother-in-law, and Uncle.

Funeral Service 11am, at St Leonard's Church, Woore, Thursday, April 18, 2013.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired for Air Ambulance, Douglas Macmillan andAshley First Responders, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
