MCDONALD The family and friends of the late Hamish McDonald would like to extend their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them in so many ways, including those who gave so generously to cancer related charities in lieu of flowers. Special thanks to the community and district nurses, NHS 24, the Home from Hospital Team and Shieldcare Services, all of whom enabled Hamish to be at home as was his wish. They also wish to express their gratitude and thanks to Rev Rolf Billes for his support and comforting tribute to Hamish, and to Douglas Kirk and his colleagues of Smith & Catto for their caring and efficient services.
