FORBES (Stonehaven/Invernes s) Suddenly, on July 25, 2008, Ernest William (Ernie), aged 82 years, formerly of Social Work Department, Highland Regional Council. Dearly loved and loving husband of Dorothy, a dear dad to Colin and Claire, father-in-law to Alison and Lorne, a proud grandad to Kieran, Andrew, Eve, Fraser and Ailsa, dear brother to May (Ellon). Funeral service to be held at Fetteresso Parish Church, Stonehaven, on Thursday, July 31, at 1.30 p.m., interment thereafter at Fetteresso Cemetery, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Donations in lieu, to National Asthma Campaign Scotland and The National Deaf Children's Society available at the church door.
