Formerly of Deer Park Road, Wellington, Telford. Passed away peacefully at Farcroft Care Home on February 8, 2013, aged 84 years. Beloved Wife of the late Dennis, loving Mom to Sue and Steve, Daren and Diane and a devoted Nan and Great-Nan.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, February 25, 2013, at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, for The Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
