RENNIE Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, on Thursday, July 18, 2024, Iain, aged 58 (School of Nursing lecturer), beloved husband of Pearl, much loved dad and step-dad, doting grandad, son, brother-in-law and friend to many. A funeral service will be held at the service rooms of Sturrock, Comb and Davidson, 102 St Vincent Street, Broughty Ferry, on Thursday, August 1, at 11 a.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please.

I am honoured to call Iain a friend since 1997. You always brought out the best in people, always supportive and a great sense of humour. I will miss you dear friend. Till we meet again. Thoughts are with the family.

Such a kind, sincere, generous and capable man with so much to live for. He was always willing, and happy to give freely of his own time to help others. Such a great loss. I am proud to have known Iain and to have been thought of by him as a friend.
