KETTLES William On behalf of the family of the late William Russell Kettles (Bill), Melanie would like to thank all family, friends, colleagues and neighbours for their continued support, messages of sympathy, cards, flowers and lovely comments, following the death of her father; thank you to everyone who paid their respects at St Bryce Kirk and at Kirkgate Cemetery and for the kind donations, totalling £184, for Alzheimer Scotland; special thanks to the Reverend Andrew Donald for his comforting service and committal and to Fiona Mackenzie of Fionn Music for her beautiful rendition of 'Going Home' at the church; thank you to Dunc Ormiston and RPOAS for arranging the Fife Constabulary flag and cap to adorn the coffin, to Gillytree Studio for the beautiful coffin spray and to Dean Park Hotel for the delicious spread following the service; heartfelt thanks must also go to the doctors and staff from St Brycedale Surgery, district nurses, Fife Council Start Team and all of the carers who helped us fulfil dad's wish to stay at home and who made his last days comfortable and peaceful; grateful thanks too, to Sheila and colleagues from Crosbie Matthew, Nicol Street, Kirkcaldy for their care of dad and to Pet Funeral Services, Holywell, for reuniting dad with Crofter.
