BALMER Peacefully, on Friday, October 6, 2023, within the tender care of the staff in Seaton Grove, Arbroath, Elizabeth (Betty) (nee Anderson), beloved wife of the late Arthur, devoted mother of Ian, Audrey and the late Alan, much loved gran of Ryan, Grant, Gary, Greg, Dean and Craig, proud great-granny and a caring mother-in-law of Maureen and Anita. Funeral service at Dundee Crematorium, on Friday, October 27, at 12.30 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu, may be made at the Crematorium, in aid of Seaton Grove Care Home Comfort Fund.
