Michael Fred, Joanne and Dave would like to thank most sincerely all Relatives and Friends for the kindness shown to them during their recent bereavement, for the many cards, messages of sympathy and donations received for Lingen Davies and The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital endoscopy units which totalled £383.01.

Special thanks to Maxine and Tony for the many hospital trips and kindness shown to Michael and to Kelly for her special friendship with Michael. Also thanks to Friends Tina and Andy, Neighbours Josie and Chris for the many prayers and cards over the years and thank you to Harry, Mary and Jamie.
