Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on July 17, 2023, aged 65 years.

Much loved Wife of Mal, loving Mum to Andrew, devoted Auntie to Anthony, caring Mother-in-law to Charlotte, treasured Nan to Phoebe, Finley and Megan and a dear Sister to Maggie.

Pat will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10.45am.

Dress code optional.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be forwarded to the Alzheimer's Society.
