Of Wem, formerly of Loppington. Passed away peacefully at her home, with her Family around her on January 23, 2013, aged 79 years. Much loved Wife of Ken, dear Mother of Ruth and Dorothy, Mother-in-law of Neil and David and a specialGrandmother of Ian, Patrick, Steven and Mark.

Funeral Service at St Michael and All Angels Church, Loppington on Wednesday, February 6, at 11.30am, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, in Hazel's memory will be divided between The O'Conner Haematology Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the upkeep of Loppington Churchyard.
