Hazel Of Kemberton, passed away peacefully at her home on October 8, 2021, aged 97 years.

Dearly loved Wife of the late Reginald and much loved Mom to Andrew.

Funeral Service and Interment 2pm Tuesday, October 19, at St. Andrew's Church, Kemberton.

Family flowers only but if desired donations which will be divided between St. Andrew's Church, Kemberton and The Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated. A collection plate in Church will be provided for this purpose.
