Of Charlton Street, Oakengates, Telford. Passed away peacefully on December 12, 2012, aged 95 years. A beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Funeral Service to be held at Wombridge Parish Church on Friday, December 21, 2012, at 10am, followed by Interment at Wombridge Cemetery.
Floral tributes if desired or donations please for The Enablement Support Workers, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
