Peacefully at Oldbury Grange Nursing home, Bridgnorth, John Phillips, formerly of Bridgnorth and Cressage, aged 80 years.

The former Deputy Head of St Leonards Primary School.

The beloved Husband of Caroline, loving Father of Alison and Catherine, special Grandpa of Ben, Tom, Gabriella and Charlie. Much loved, John will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Due to the strict current covid-19 pandemic regulations, a strictly private Funeral Service, for immediate Family mourners only, will be held at The Parish Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, on Friday, August 14, at 11.30am., to be followed by Committal at Emstrey Crematorium.

If you wish to pay your respects to John, and to his Family, the cortege will travel through Bridgnorth High Street at around 11.15am. on Friday, August 14.

Family flowers only by request please, but donations for The Donkey Sanctuary (Sidmouth) (which was a cause close to John and his Family) and Oldbury Grange Residents Comfort Fund are being gratefully received, either direct to the Funeral Directors, or online at www. perryandphillipsfunerals.com
