Richard Charles Passed away peacefully on December 6, 2019, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 74 years.

Loving Dad, Grandad and Brother.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Thursday, January 2, 2020, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please to Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
