Passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on April 20, 2019, aged 69 years.

A much loved Dad to Mark, Stacey and Andrew, Grandad to Tiana, Rio and Lacey and a much loved Brother.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, May 9 at 10am.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be divided between Guide Dogs for the Blind and the ITU at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
