Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on April 13, aged 42 years.

Devoted Husband of Claire, much loved Son of Tina and Brian, Son-in-law of Lana and Peter.

James will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, May 8 at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for ITU at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
