On July 17, 2012, peacefully at Oldbury Grange Care Home, Bridgnorth, following a short illness, Terry Smith, of Broseley, formerly of Whitegates, Cheshire, aged 82 years.

The beloved Husband of Thelma, Father of Elizabeth, Janette and Richard and Brother of Dorothy and Ann.

Terry will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Terry's life will be held at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Monday, July 30, at 11am.

Family flowers only by request please but donations for The British Heart Foundation are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
