On Thursday, July 12, 2012, suddenly but peacefully at The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, Dennis aged 75 years, of Egerton Road, Whitchurch.

He will be sadly missed by all his many Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St Alkmund's Parish Church, Whitchurch, on Monday, July 30, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Whitchurch Cemetery.
