Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at 3.15pm.
No flowers by request, donations if desired to be divided between The St John Ambulance and The Shrewsbury Branch of the Royal British Legion, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
