Died at Severn Hospice, Telford, aged 47, after a long illness.

Devoted Wife of Sam and much loved Mummy of Eleanor.

She will be sadly missed by her Mother, six Siblings, their Families and all her Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at 2pm, on July 13, at St Michael's & All Angels Church, Lilleshall, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

No flowers please.
