Passed away peacefully at home on December 1, 2016, aged 55 years.

Beloved Son of John and June, much loved Brother and best Friend to Michael, dearly loved Dad to Christopher and Charlotte and loving Uncle to Adam and Leanne.

Always in our hearts and thoughts.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, December 16, at 10.45am.

Afterwards at The Crown, Abbey Foregate.

A splash of colour would be appreciated.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if wished to be shared between Dogs Trust, Roden and The British Heart Foundation.
