A much loved Grandmother, Mother, Sister, Mother-in-law and dear Friend.

Phyllis passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2016, aged 87 years, after a long and happy life.

Funeral at Emstrey Crematorium on Friday, November 4, at 2.45pm.

Family flowers only by request or donations if desired for The International Red Cross.
