SMITH It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Charles Stewart Smith (Charlie/Chic), on October 8, 2016 (ex-Clerk of Works and Master of Works, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Clerk of Works, Dundee Council, and latterly lecturer at Kingsway Campus), a devoted and caring husband, best friend and soulmate of Marion McEwen, brother of Evelyn and the late David, Mag, Betty, Jean, Maurice and Ronnie, brother-in-law of Norman and Margaret and uncle to many, not forgetting his four legged friends. Funeral private.
