She will be greatly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Friday, October 28, 2016, at 2pm.

Colourful clothing welcomed.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if wishedwill be divided between Portland House Comfort Fund and SNAP Cymru, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
