Much loved Son and Brother.

Sadly passed away on July 8, 2016, aged 45 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Corpus Christi Church, Ashmore Park on Tuesday, July 26, at 10.15am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

Family flowers only by request.
